How to request a place to stay

Are you are an interstate or international friend visiting Melbourne for the duration of Festival of the Sword and would like to reduce your accommodation costs, experience a slice of local life and build HEMA friendships? 

 

If so, select 'yes' to 'Do you require billeting (accommodation hosted by a local attendee) during your stay in Melbourne?' on your registration form, enter your requirements and we will attempt to provide accommodation with a local volunteer host.

We will get back to your within 14 days with a confirmation of accommodation and your hosts contact details.
