Update regarding FotS2020 and covid-19

​

As you are all likely aware, Australia has recently increased measures to slow the introduction and spread of covid-19. Some of these measures will directly impact our ability to deliver FotS2020 as planned.

​

In particular, the newly introduced requirement that all international visitors arriving from overseas must self-isolate for 14 days after entering the country will mean our international guest instructors may be unable to participate in the event.

​

As the workshops provided by our international instructors are a key component of FotS, we feel there is no way for us to provide an event in April that would be up to the standard expected by us or our participants.

​

For this reason, we must regretfully inform you that FotS2020 will not be proceeding as planned in April 2020.

​

We are currently in the process of trying to reschedule FotS2020 for a date later in the year and will provide an update with further information as soon as we can.

​

In the meantime, we will be refunding all registration payments received to this point.

​

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience, but recognise the important public health imperative to reduce the spread of covid-19 over the coming weeks and months.
